Infinix Zero X series launch date confirmed officially; what to expect


Infinix is all set to launch a new series in the global market called the Infinix Zero series. The company has already hinted towards the launch of the upcoming series with numerous promotional tweets. In the latest development, Infinix has confirmed that the Zero series is going to debut globally on September 13th. According to the rumours, the company is planning to launch three new smartphones in the series which includes — Zero X, Zero X Neo, and the Zero X Pro. However, the reports suggest that the company will only launch the base variant the Zero X.

Infinix Zero X launch date

In an official Twitter post, the company has confirmed that the Zero X will be launched globally on September 13th, 2021. The tweet also features a promotional image that shows a flat metal frame phone with curved design edges. It also reads “Be first to capture the stunning way the moon reflects light” which certainly means that the handset will arrive with a powerful telephoto lens that is capable of offering the stunning optical zooming feature.

Infinix Zero X expected specifications

Going with the recent leaks, the Infinix Zero X is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset. The smartphone also appeared on the TENAA listing which suggests that the handset will make use of the Helio G65 SoC. The device is said to be backed by up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. However, a 6GB RAM variant is also expected to be introduced at the launch.

Leaks also claim that the handset might be getting the 160W fast charging and 50W fast charging support. The smartphone is also expected to arrive with a centre-drilled punch-hole cutout design to accommodate the selfie camera setup.

In a recent leak, it has been claimed that the Infinix Zero X Pro is tipped to arrive with a 6.7-inch flat AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
